Controller Services and Acquisition Due Diligence
IFG was retained by a subsidiary of a Germany Based Manufacturing Company to provide outsourced Controller services and assist the Company when it was acquired by another foreign subsidiary. IFG reconciled all general ledger accounts, assisted with the year-end audit including preparation of the financial statements, cash flows and footnotes. IFG also created policy and procedures documents and prepared supporting documentation related to its acquisition including fixed assets, sales taxes and revenue recognition.
