IFG was retained by a Virginia based financial services provider to provide technical accounting review procedures in the areas of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Treasury Stock, Employee Stock Purchase Plans and FAS123(R). These procedures included a review of GAAP technical pronouncements, documentation and reference of such guidance and revising/rewriting policies to ensure that they were in adherence with GAAP.
